Dealer Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your business. By paying for the FleetQi™ test unit, customer unit or demo box you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions in this user agreement, so please read all of the terms and conditions carefully.  You also give consent to the following additional policies and any other agreements that apply to you.

We do expect payment at the time of any request.  The following specifies protocol for each product category purchase.

• FleetQi™ Test Unit: Please process this payment and a FleetQi™ unit will be sent for your 14-day test period.  The Test Period will begin on the date you receive the FleetQi™ test unit. You are required to properly install, activate and test the FleetQi™ in order to participate in the testing period.  Should you decide to keep the unit after that time, be sure to notify us for future orders.  If the FleetQi™ is returned to XiQ within the test period in good working condition (normal wear and tear excepted,) you will receive a complete refund.
• FleetQi™ Customer Unit: Please process this payment and a FleetQi™ unit(s) will be sent along with a paid invoice.
• FleetQi™ Demo Box: Please process this payment and a FleetQi™ Demo Box(es) will be sent along with a paid invoice.

You agree that you will not destroy, alter, disassemble, duplicate, clone, or otherwise tamper with the FleetQi™ technology, nor will you attempt to reverse engineer the hardware, firmware, software, or source code. We reserve the right to remove your operation from our network or bar you from future participation with XiQ if we uncover evidence of tampering or frequent FleetQi™ disablement.

XiQ will not assume any liability for damages caused by the Stinger. Further, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary or other damages arising out of or in any way related to the FleetQi™ customer unit, demo box or the test unit, including without limitation, damage for bodily injury, lost wages, or damage to your smartphone, other vehicles or property, caused by or resulting from the installation, activation or demonstration of the Stinger. Nor are we liable for the unauthorized disclosure or use of the information collected by the Stinger, or actions or inactions, of any third-party vendor.
